So, Dexter (Julie) wanted me to post what I thought of the 3rd book once I finished it and without giving away spoilers, I found it interesting. A vague word, I know, but there were things I enjoyed and things I didn't.
First off, the humor had me laughing out loud. It was so clever and quick throughout the book!
The murders, suspects and The Watcher, were quite intriguing but the climactic ending, with the exception of what Cody did, wasn't that gratifying.
And to know Dexter went threw with it and is now attached by a ball and chain. Unthinkable. But something he so desperately lost early in the book is back again!
Lindsay certainly left it open for a 4th book, so we'll see...
