A serious and respected police officer who works at Miami Metro PD.
He is creeped out by Dexter and spends many nights tailing him. This also gives him something to do besides sitting at home going over case files and remembering just how alone he really is.
He doesn't like jumping around the bush and enjoys straight and quick conversations. He enjoys the company of people he respects but not as much as he secretly enjoys dealing with criminals, especially when it involves shooting down the individual.
