Appearance:
Eyes-Blue
Hair-Brown
Age-30's
Personality:
Detective Quinn tends to have a generally extroverted and outgoing personality. Occasionally when stressed or feeling insulted, his anger level increases, rendering him foul mouthed and painfully blunt. Joey Quinn is the wise-cracking, smart-ass of the group. Not one to shy away from sexual puns, he often has one of two moods: serious or joking, with no real balance between the two. Joey was a self-serving individual, not above taking bribes and getting involved with people of interest - yet, not an outright villain, either.
History:
Quinn was originally a Narcotics cop during the events of Seasons one and two. He is a dirty cop, having taken bribes from him in the past, which can explain his expensive car and nice apartment he has and the two have a history together for using him for favors by slipping him some cash to look the other way. This could explain Quinn's expensive vehicles and lifestyle in his introduction to the series. Now, he is a Detective for the Miami Metro Police. Him and Debra Morgan had a relationship and asked her to marry him. Deb rejected him and their relationship went downhill from there. Quinn became depressed and came into work late a lot due to being drunk. He messes around with other girls and later dates a stripper in Season 7. At the end, she leaves due to Quinn saving her from the Koshka brothers. He later visits Nadia at work due to her not calling him and discovers she moved to Las Vegas for a fresh start and has left a message with a friend for Quinn, stating she's grateful for everything and will never forget Quinn. This leaves Quinn rather hurt by her departure.
Victims:
Detective Quinn kills a mob enforcer to rescue his girlfriend from the Koshka Brotherhood. He shot the victim in the chest with a pistol.
